What are you hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. We are open Saturday
from 10 am to 3 pm. We are closed on Sundays.

Can you deliver my order today?
Place you order by 12:00 pm (PST) for same day delivery. After 12:00 pm (PST)
your order will be delivered the following day.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If you have an account with our shop you may pay by entering your
account number when ordering.
Are there any delivery charges or tax?
All orders are subject to tax of 7.75%. Orders for delivery in our local
area will be charged $9.99 for delivery. For orders to be delivered outside our local area, please call us at 916-961-2025 or 866-730-9891.
What about substitutions?
Not every type of flower is available year-round. Some flowers are seasonal or only available
regionally. Where they are not available, the closest substitute will be used.
Some plants are only available during certain seasons or in certain regions. In
such case, we will substitute the closest type of plant at an equal or higher
value. Some containers may not be readily available, especially during holidays;
in such cases a similar container will be used. If you do not want any part of
your order substituted as needed, please mention this when ordering.
What about orders going outside of the U.S.?
To place an order for delivery outside of the U.S., please call us at least
24 hours before your requested delivery date. There are special conditions and
pricing that applies to international orders, thus we ask you call our shop so we can best serve your needs for orders outside of the U.S.

Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will
be delivered?
Each bloom is unique, therefore no two arrangements will be exactly identical.
The style, types of flowers, arrangement of the flowers and container will be
the same or similar (see "What about substitutions?" above). The photos
are provided as a guide for you and the designer of your arrangement.
